First Aid for Freeriders
This course focuses on the specific problem and traumas related to skiing. From knee injuries to avalanche victims. From the piste to touring and freeriding.

Being able to take care of an injured skier and managing the exposure of the mountain environment is essential skills for every one how wants to spend time in the mountains.
You will be able to analyse your own abilities and plan your adventures accordingly, in order to plan a safe and exciting trip within your limit. ​

Sleeping/Surviving in the mountains
Whether is a planned bivouac or an emergency bivouac, the right knowledge will be crucial for a good night sleep or survival.
​
On this course you will learn how to build different types of bivouacs for different occasions. And the purpose is for you to stay comfy and safe in your own 5 star hotell in the mountains.
​
Mainly we will focus on two types of bivouacs:
​
Planned Bivouacs:
When you want to stay outside for a couple of days
​
Emergency Bivouacs:
If you get caught by the weather, you or you friend is injured and you have to wait for rescue, being able to build a proper bivouac can be the difference between life and death.

Rope management for skiers
Learn how to implement the rope and harness to your skiing. This will enable you to reach far more runs, and see new parts of the mountain.
On this course you will learn the basics on how to use climbing gear in the ski environment.
This course will be conducted in the valley/resort in order to isolate the rope management and avoid other mountain hazards.
You will learn:

Different types of rappel anchors

How to effectively transition from skiing to rappelling and the other way around
