Pre-chat (email/phone): goals, grade, past experience, wish list
The evening before: forecast window, final route choice, packing list, meet time
On the day: safety brief, efficient approach, clear comms at every stance
Plan B/C: ready-to-go alternatives if wind, snow or rock says otherwise

Romsdalen: Romsdalshorn (Normalruta/Nordveggen), Kvanndalstind, Vengetind, long or short multi-pitch on Hornaksla/Mongejura
Hurrungane/Jotunheimen: Store Skagastølstind (normal route or ridge sections), Store Austabotntind
Skills day: crack technique, anchor craft, multi-pitch efficiency, mental game
Alps (on request): granite multi-pitch or a 4000-metre classic

Level & prerequisites
You should be reasonably fit and comfortable with the level of exposure we’re aiming for. You don’t need to lead—many objectives work perfectly seconding. Want a warm-up? We can add a short intro/tech session the day before.
